Our Story
Garden Leaf Traders was established in 2025. However, our roots go back to Tetulia, North Bengal, where our Founder & CEO envisioned delivering fresh Bangladeshi tea directly from the garden to every home.
Our journey began under our Chairman, a veteran planter with over 40 years of experience in the tea industry. Guided by his expertise in cultivation, plucking, and processing, our Founder & CEO built a successful tea processing enterprise in North Bengal. Driven by a desire to serve the people of Bangladesh with uncompromised quality, Garden Leaf Traders was born.
Why We Started
Many tea brands operate in Bangladesh, but few deliver consistently high-quality tea. Some brands use artificial colors and flavorings to hide low-quality leaves. These practices lower quality and can pose health risks.
We saw an opportunity to make a real difference. Since we cultivate and process our own tea, we believe consumers in Dhaka, Chittagong, and Sylhet deserve the same fresh tea we serve our own families.
From Garden to Cup
- Cultivation: We grow our tea in North Bengal, where unique soil and climate give our leaves exceptional strength and character.
- Processing: We process our leaves in our own modern North Bengal factory to preserve natural aroma and flavor.
- Auction & Traceability: Following government regulations, we buy back our own tea from the auction market to maintain full traceability and quality control.
- Packaging: We use premium, food-safe packaging to lock in freshness and protect the product.
- Direct Delivery: We deliver straight to consumers, removing unnecessary middlemen.
Our Promise
We never use artificial colors or flavorings. Every pack contains fresh tea from the current season's harvest. We deliver the true color, aroma, and character of pure tea — nothing added, nothing hidden.
